Cameron Dickman

CEO and Founder

Cameron has over 20 years of experience in the investment management industry. Cameron has specialized in active investments for the majority of his career having led investment sales at Colonial First State, Australian Unity and most recently leading AMG across it’s affiliated investment boutiques in the wholesale markets.

With a passion for bringing great solutions to the Australian market, Cameron has also led product development, marketing and service teams to successfully engage and support client needs.

Cameron has a Bachelor of Economics from La Trobe University.

Andrew Aitken

Andrew is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of funds management industry experience.  He is the founding partner of Daruka Capital Partners and is responsible for setting strategy and directing distribution staff.  Andrew has had extensive experience as a distribution executive and most recently he was the Head of Distribution for Bennelong Funds Management. Andrew guided the Institutional and Retail business from a standing start in 2008 to a $8billion multi boutique powerhouse in 2017. Prior to this Andrew held senior roles at Ausbil Dexia, IOOF (Perennial) and Aberdeen Asset Management.

Andrew is a qualified Chartered Accountant as well as holding a Bachelor of Business.

Rory MacIntyre

Rory has 25 years of Funds management distribution experience.
Over that time, his major focus has been ensuring that his clients have access to best in class products, appropriate for their needs.
Most recently Rory was a partner in Winston Capital Partners.

Prior to that, Rory ran his own Distribution consulting business RMFS and also spent 16 years at Perpetual investments. During that time, he had a number of senior Distribution and leadership based roles, both in Australia and overseas.

Rory has a BA (Hons) Economics and Business from Trinity College Dublin and a post-grad in Finance and Investment.

Noel Corley

Noel is an experienced funds management distribution executive with more than 30 years of Investment Sales and Marketing experience in the retail space.

Noel introduced Fidelity Investments to the Australian financial advice community from 1985-1991, then spent 6 years with GT Management (which became LGT then Invesco), and his last retail sales position was with Deutsche Asset Management from 1999 to 2008. Since then he has run his own consulting business focusing on the financial services community.

He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.
